First Term... Finally Over

Okay, so the first term of my junior year is over. School has moved pretty fast so far. I ended up with all A's (including in French and Chemistry :) an A- and one C+ because i never talked to my teacher about getting something fixed.. which i should have done. anyway, maybe i will be able to get it fixed. who knows.

So i have pretty much an eternal amount of things to do, and i am about to make my schedule even more crazy! I audition for Les Miserables on the 16th and hopefully i will get a decent part. I am a little nervous since i've never auditioned for a play before. It's Les Mis tho so i am not too worried :D

This book project is going great! I just finished writing my own chapter in it! The WCS should be published in either June or July, and i am way excited for that because my name will be in (and most likely on) it!!!! excitement!!

So france is coming up at the end of this school year, and i am thinkin i am gonna be able to go!!! haha so excited!! The only thing that is really making me sad is that i am going to have to chop off my hair. Yea. See though, when you think chop off, you think i mean like to my ears or something. No! shorter!! it will hopefully look something like these pictures.

Oh well.. it will grow back.

Anyway... Life has been good.

Moving, moving, moving. Always moving

Wow, when i am not at school i'm at work, when i'm not at work i'm doing homework, when i'm not doing any of those things i am trying to squeeze in sleep and food, and when non of these activities are taking place i am desperately trying to get a chance to play my guitar, or write my book.

So life has been hectic, but so far very rewarding. I have all A's and B's which is intensely exciting! And I have also officially been given the job of writing 2 chapters by myself for the WCS book! P.S. this book will be published in June (or July cant remember) along with the video game. :D :D :D and my name will be in there very prominently!!!! YEA!!! so this will be SUPER good for my own works.

anyway, its late and i got to get to sleep, i am so exawstd... It's so bad that i cant spel anymor... sleepeeeeeee

Wow, my summer has been surprisingly busy. I am glad tho, that makes me feel like i am being productive. I have been editing the Wing Commander Saga book, (which will be published in june or july, i dont remember which) i have been making string bracelets like a mad man so i can have some ready to sell on saturday, and i have been working on my music and book (as always)
I am not excited for school to start, I have so many other things to do besides school, but its going to start whether i want it to or not. grrr. i'll be a junior this year, thats kind of exciting, it will be good.
anyway, life is good.

Just a quick update

So the news of this month is first of all, i should be getting surgery soon! yea. :( yuck.. not excited for that. But you know what! They had better be giving me surgery becuase they have poked me, pushed on me, fed me nasty glue stuff that makes you want to PUKE, and hooked me up to too many machines to say "naw your fine, see ya later!". anyway, i am being dramatic (that all did happen) i just know it could be WAY worse.
also, the book that i was notified to be editing is back on, i should be getting some stuff to do for it soon, i am way excited. my own book is coming along as well. anyway, its late, Bye

Lately (My CD, My Birthday, My Liscence)

Lately life has been good.

I finally finished my CD, sorry it took me sooooooo long. its done. and i am already working on several other songs with kel and by myself. its fun stuff.

Well, you may have heard, but I turned 16 (finally) on the 7th, it was fun. I threw at regions for track that day, and got first place for my team in discus with a throw of 74ft. which i must say was pretty dang good considering i had only had 3 days of training. it was really fun, and that was a good b-day present. i also got another very good b-day present a black electric guitar! amazing! it makes me happy when i look at it. he he.. I also got a beautiful card and check from my pops and grammy, it makes me happy when i look at them.

My 3rd cousin i think, Bret, is also being extremely generous and giving me an amp for my guitar, its very cool! i am excited to get it =D

I was also surprised by my family on saturday with a surprize party. It was very cool, and very fun!

I got my liscence today!!!!!! I drove for a while (running arrends, picking up and dropping off kids and my dad) all by myself!!!!! it was very fun =D i enjoy the new found freedom, but (for my parents comfort) recognize that the road is a dangerous place and should be treated with respect. i need to be careful because a car is a helpful tool and a dangerous weapon.

Life

Life has been really good. I highly doubt anyone ever reads this so i am beginning to treat it as more of a journal. It's good.

so if you do read this pops and gram, sorry my CD has taken so long. I finished recording mine and kels song today and the last time i record will be in 2 weeks. PROMISE!!!! :D sorry again.

updates - not really anything. Life is really good right now, its going right, at least for me. I am praying for my auntie Lori, and my sweet friend courtneys dad. it seems like everyone has cancer now. When i get older i am going to be so rich and i am going to pay so much money to cancer research. anyway. i have a few pictures from our trip to california a couple weeks back. and zions too. it was fun.

News

Ok so i know it has been like what... 2 days since i last posted, but so much has happend!! First. I have been talking to my enlish teacher about this possible project i could do that could land my name on the front cover of a book as an author!! WOW! Yea, of course i jumped at that one =] (just to let you know that little smiley face icon is an understatement of how i am feeling!) ha ha
anyway, so no, its not my book, but i get the amazing opportunity to edit, and add, and re-write, and maybe even morph two charatures into one! I am so excited! It will be a lot of work, but i think it will be worth it.
In other news, my own story is coming along nicely (132 pages double spaced) i am almost half way through it and am hoping to be completely done with my first draft within the first month of summer, have it edited through summer, and be ready with my second draft by next school year. Yes, ambitious i know, but i am like that, always have been, and always will be. As you can tell though i have many issues with grammar... i like to stick commas where they dont belong, and i dont know how to use a colon or semicolon... oops. Thats where my mom and my english teachers come in handy. I am hoping they will be able to read through and give me pointers on my grammatical issues, and maybe other aspects of my book.
My CD! I know my grandparents are very excited for this, and i know i am too! I should be done recording by the end of march. Me and Kel have been working way super hard on our song to get it done and ready for recording by the 23! its kinda hard, cuz we dont want it to sound teenagerish, but we also dont want it to be totally serious kinda depressing, stupid thing. so ya. thats happening. i know at least a few of my friends are excited to. kel of course, but also my good friends Kaai(who is also a huge fan of my book, he's funny, and way supportive) and my friend Mike. everytime i talk to Mike about my music he always says "I want to hears some of your stuff." its cool to have friends who support me in my work.
well guess thats it for now. oh, except that i also want to do a CD jacket for my first CD. i want it to be all official and junk cuz that'll be cool! so in a few weeks i will have up some pictures for options, and if anyone even reads this (which i doubt anyone does) please let me know which one i should use. :)

These are a few pictures i have taken. I enjoy my grandfathers work as a photographer, and wanted to try a few things like his. Though my pictures are not of animals, (we get as exotic as deer out here) i tried to use some of the same tecniques he taught me.

Brynne is a GENIUS

First off i think Genius is such a weird word. i dont even know if i am spelling it right, which by the way will bug me... a lot. anyway, Brynne is the most amazing four year old drummer i have ever met in my life! its hilarious! watch this.
For those of my family who may have never played guitar hero (you should try it some day) when the bars in that middle row (brynnes row) kind of look like they explode, that means she hit right on time with the beat. Now during this past family night is when we discovered this incredible talent of my dear sister. She truly does have a gift, and even though she is left handed (as much as father may resent that) she is a true genius. :)

Twilight

Hi. Today i am home sick from church. I really am sick i promise!!! right now i am watching general confrence from october 2007. anyway, the point is not to tell you that i'm sick, who cares about that. The point is that i found this hilarious twilight video yesterday. It does make fun of Twilight, so if you are going to be offended dont watch it. lol. I still like the books, and, even though i may be criticized for it, the movie too. My CD

I am almost done with my CD!!! i have three more songs to record and then i will have a grand total of six songs!!! yea!! thats half a record!! lol =]

So ya. I am debating on whether or not to tell you the songs on it...... hmmm..... nope, you'll have to wait =] sorry.

So my life has been pretty good so far. I have been having band practice at least weekly, and we now have a(n unoficial) name. We are looking for better ones but ya. We still need a bass Guitar Player, and i need to get way better at my guitar. Speaking of guitars, i found an electric i want soooooo bad!!! its gourgeous =] (thats the one if you didnt figure it out)i found it at Bert Murdock. There was also a red one, i really liked it too, but i need to get another look at it before i decide. oh well, i have a while to decide anyway. probably not till christmas. till then i gots my acoustic :)

School is goin pretty good. I am doin alright in French, its hard, but i am pullin through. i can figure out how to say a lot of (present tense) scentences. i am still tryin to grasp Passè Composè, i dont know what it is in english. its basically how you conjigate verbs differently in the past tense than you do in the future or present. its rather annoying. but anyway, i know how to say some rather helpful scentences. some of which may get you thrown in jail if you say them in france. he he he...... Je mange mon ami =] ----- I eat my friends. if you want to say i eat with my friends its Je mange avec mon ami. also one i figured out today was "Vous parlez anglais sil vous plait, je ne sais pas francais ----- can you speak english please, i dont know french. thats helpful if you dont speak french... obviously. also, if you ever happen to do this you can say "Je tombe a le tour Eifel!!" thats i fell off the eifel tower. lol

there are many more phrases, but now its time for dinner. i got to go. have a good day
